Thailand has so much to offer. From the bustle and hustle of Bangkok and the lush mountains of Chiang Mai, to the beach and party vibes of Phuket and Koh Phangan. 

I had the pleasure of living in Phuket, Thailand for 24 days as part of my digital nomad journey around Southeast Asia. And I kept track of all of my spending to be able to share my experience and knowledge with you.

Phuket is an island, so obviously going to the beach is a MUST when visiting this southern Thailand city. There are also lots of little islands near Phuket, in the Andaman sea, that are totally worth a visit. So make sure to include a few of these in your travel itinerary.

There are plenty of beaches to explore in Phuket, and there’s also the accessibility of visiting nearby islands in the Andaman sea. And no Phuket visit is complete without a stroll through the colorful Old Town.
